Operating procedures of water tank wire drawing machine:
(1) Before starting the water tank wire drawing machine, check the air pressure and oil level of the equipment, as well as the fastening and lubrication of the I-wheel take-up machine to see if there is any problem, and whether the safety protection device of the equipment is intact and can work normally.
(2) Before rolling, check whether the incoming materials meet the specified requirements and whether the quality is qualified, and also check whether the mold matching is appropriate.
(3) Open the water valve, fill the water tank with soap, and then close the water inlet valve.
(4) Before starting the I-wheel winder, check whether its air pressure is normal. We can install the I-wheel only after the air pressure is normal.
(5) If any abnormality is found during the operation of the water tank wire drawing machine, it shall be stopped immediately, and then repaired and eliminated.
